Below outlines our shipping policy for all orders

Order Processing

Orders are processed are received on a first come-first served basis Monday - Saturday, excluding public holidays. We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Some orders may be posted the same day but may miss the last collection. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to selected regions where our products are legally permitted. If an order is placed for a restricted location, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order. This could include parts of Europe. 

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary based on location, courier, and circumstances such as weather or high-volume periods. Helix does not guarantee delivery dates once shipment has been handed to the courier. If you choose the tracked service you will be provided with  tracking number. 

Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping or an option to upgrade to a tracked service. There is a standard fee for this as shown on the checkout page.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be provided when available so you can monitor your delivery progress.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Deliveries

While we take great care in packaging and dispatching products, Helix is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by couriers or other external, third party innvolvemtnt. If you experience an issue, please reach out to us for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for delayed, lost, or undelivered orders due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
